The IMPACT Professional Training IT Infrastructure Program is an all-encompassing training program that prepares you for employment in the growing IT field as an IT Support Specialist. This program includes hands-on instruction, eLearning, labs, exam preparation, online resources, resume and interviewing assistance.
The goal of this career training program is to prepare you for positions such as Security Support, Network Administrator, Desktop Administrator, IT Specialist, LAN Administrator, and Network Specialist. You may supervise other network support and client server specialists and plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.

CompTIA IT Fundamentals+
CompTIA IT Fundamentals focuses on the essential IT skills and knowledge needed to perform tasks commonly performed
by advanced end-users and entry-level IT professionals alike, including:
- Using features and functions of common operating systems and establishing network connectivity
- Identifying common software applications and their purpose
- Using security and web browsing best practices
CompTIA A+
This course provides the background knowledge and skills you will require to be a successful A+ technician. It will help you prepare to take the CompTIA A+ Core Series certification examinations in order to become a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional.
- Demonstrate baseline security skills for IT support professionals
- Configure device operating systems, including Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and iOS and administer client-based as well as cloud-based (SaaS) software
- Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and scripting
- Support basic IT infrastructure and networking
- Configure and support PC, mobile and IoT device hardware
- Implement basic data backup and recovery methods and apply data storage and management best practices
CompTIA Network+

CompTIA Security+ is the first security certification IT professionals should earn. It establishes the core knowledge required of any cybersecurity role and provides a springboard to intermediate-level cybersecurity jobs. Security+ incorporates best practices in hands-on troubleshooting to ensure security professionals have practical security problem-solving skills. Cybersecurity professionals with Security+ know how to address security incidents – not just identify them.
Security+ is compliant with ISO 17024 standards and approved by the US DoD to meet directive 8140/8570.01-M requirements.
